ICOBI is governed by a board that is composed of eight members. The board is responsible for the overall governance issues and policy fomulation in the organization and is mandated to perform tasks as prescribed by the constitution. At the management level, ICOBI has an Executive Director. Below him is the Deputy Executive Director who leads a workforce of over 200 permanent staff and over 600 volunteers.
